cups Bisquick Heart Smart® mix

lb uncooked lean turkey sausage

cups shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (12 oz)

cup grated Parmesan cheese

cup 1% milk

teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed

teaspoons chopped fresh parsley or 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes

Barbeque sauce or chili sauce, if desired
Steps

1Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease bottom and sides of 15x10x1-inch pan.

2In large bowl, stir together all ingredients except barbeque sauce, using hands or spoon. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place in pan.

3Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown and thermometer inserted in center of ball reads at least 165°F. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm with sauce for dipping.

Try adding 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne) in place of the rosemary to add a kick.
