cup Original Bisquick™ mix

cup finely chopped shaved turkey (3 ounces)

cup finely chopped shaved honey ham (3 ounces)

to 4 tablespoons whipping (heavy) cream

teaspoon curry powder

cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese

cup chopped dry-roasted peanuts

Sliced green onions or fresh chives, if desired
Steps

1Heat oven to 425°. Spray bottom and sides of square pan, 8x8x2 inches, with cooking spray.

2Stir Bisquick mix and water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously with spoon 20 seconds. Pat dough in pan, using fingers dipped in Bisquick mix. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until crust begins to brown around edges.

3Mix remaining ingredients except cheese, peanuts and green onions. Spread mixture over baked crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until cheese is melted. For canapés, cut into 4 rows by 4 rows. Sprinkle with peanuts; garnish with green onions. Serve warm.
