cup old-fashioned oatmeal

cup packed brown sugar

cup butter or margarine, melted

cup finely chopped peeled apple (1 small)
Steps

1Heat oven to 375°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups; spray paper baking cups with cooking spray.

2In medium bowl, stir together 1 1/2 cups Bisquick mix, the eggs, milk, pork, onion and rosemary until well mixed. Set aside. In small bowl, stir together 1/2 cup Bisquick mix, the oatmeal, brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir in butter and apple.

3Spoon about 2 tablespoons pork mixture into each muffin cup. Top each with about 2 teaspoons topping.

4Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Remove to cooling rack. Serve warm.
