Ingredients
Crust
-
1 1/2
cups Original Bisquick™ mix
-
1/3
cup boiling water
-
2
tablespoons vegetable oil
Scrambled Eggs
-
3
eggs
-
2
tablespoons water
-
1
tablespoon butter
Toppings
-
1/2
cup chive & onion cream cheese spread (from 8-oz container)
-
3
oz Hormel® Black Label® Thin Cut or Thick Cut Canadian Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces (from a 6 oz package)
-
2
tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
-
3/4
cup shredded Cheddar cheese (3 oz)
-
1
tablespoon chopped fresh chives, if desired
Steps
-
1Heat oven to 450°F. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray.
-
2In medium bowl, mix Crust ingredients until soft dough forms. Divide dough into 4 portions; press each onto cookie sheet to form 6-inch round circles, forming 1/2-inch ridge around each.
-
3In small bowl, beat eggs and 2 tablespoons water with whisk until mixed well. In 8- to 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat butter over medium heat just until it begins to sizzle and look hot. Pour egg mixture into skillet, and gently lift cooked portions around edge with spatula so uncooked portion can flow to bottom. Avoid constant stirring. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until eggs are thickened throughout but still moist and creamy; set aside.
-
4Carefully spread 2 tablespoons cream cheese spread on each of the Bisquick crusts to within 1/4 inch of edge. Top with scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon, bell pepper and Cheddar cheese. Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until crusts are golden brown and cheese is melted. Top with chives.
Recipe Tips
-
tip 1
Prefer fried eggs? Omit the scrambled eggs, and top each pizza with a fried egg after baking.
-
tip 2
Serve breakfast pizzas with Sriracha sauce for a spicy kick.
